If you are like most, you find yourself each year making new resolutions, only to break them a few weeks or maybe even months later. How do we break this cycle and actually keep a resolution for once? I have been told that if you really want something to happen, you have to do one thing…write it down. When you write it down, it cements something in your mind that causes you to manifest that idea and make it happen.
I have decided to test this theory, and write my resolutions right here for all to see. So, here goes…
- Lose 15 lbs and eat healthier. The standard.
- Spend more time with family and friends. Make more of an effort to have face to face time with the important people in my life.
- Continue to grow my business, while maintaining a very high quality of service.
- Read more books.
So, there you have it. Nothing too crazy or out of the ordinary, but these are things that are important to me and I feel will improve my life overall. So how bout you?
